For a special person, who noted, “The tree looks feminine,  to me. She looks like an old woman who has hollowed herself out and has given everything. She is at the end of her life, but still hanging on and still giving as much as she can by still providing shelter and leaves and even some apples. I  really love how you portrayed it. I love the old barn, that has also given shelter in the past and represents a masculine force. Quiet, always there, ready to hold you, if you need to get inside out of the elements.”
